FoundHer is a female-led financial planning and wealth coaching service designed for women who want to feel confident, supported, and clear about their money. We provide boutique, personalised strategies that meet you exactly where you are, helping you grow your wealth while living life on your terms.
Women experience money differently, juggling careers, career breaks, pay gaps, side hustles, and big life priorities. Most financial advice, though, is built for a very different path: uninterrupted careers and straight-line growth.
I created FoundHer to change that. Our services are boutique, personal, and designed around your life, your goals, and the way you actually live. We focus on what matters most to you, so you can make decisions with confidence, reduce overwhelm, and feel supported at every step of your financial journey.
All of our advice is fees-for-service only, we never take a percentage of your KiwiSaver or investments, and there are no minimums to work with us.
I started my career in accounting because, honestly, I liked money. I loved the numbers, the systems, and the challenge of making sense of it all. I worked in small business accounting, crunching numbers day in and day out, but what really lit me up was investing, the idea of growing my own wealth, making money work for me, and seeing the possibilities of financial freedom. I literally wouldnβt shut up about it.
Then I discovered something that hit hard: women retire with, on average, 25% less in their KiwiSavers. That gap wasnβt just numbers on a page, it was a wake-up call. I started talking to women about their KiwiSavers, helping them understand the basics, and it quickly evolved into broader conversations about money, choices, and confidence.
I became a qualified Investment Adviser and worked in corporate finance, but I kept coming back to the same truth: women have so much going on. Career breaks, invisible labour, confidence gaps, pay gaps, navigating money in the middle of all that is tough. And while I donβt have a grand solution to fix all of it, I wanted to be the person by womenβs side, helping them through the big moments, the tough decisions, and the everyday money choices that matter most.
I know what itβs like personally, too. We all carry our own financial scars from past relationships, big mistakes, or moments of uncertainty and I want to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered to take control of their wealth and their choices.
Outside of work, youβll usually find me lost in a fantasy novel (dragons always win), walking along the beach listening to podcasts, or travelling somewhere new because freedom of time and thought is wealth too.
